The artists circle: where great theatre and great friends meet

Philadelphia Theatre Company is one of the region’s most dynamic cultural organizations, offering both imaginative and entertaining contemporary plays and musicals that span the breadth of the American experience.  Here, nationally recognized artists collaborate with the region’s most accomplished writers, actors, designers and musicians to achieve breathtaking  results. Beyond what happens on stage, PTC artists actively engage theatre goers in going “behind the scenes” of the creative process.

As a non-profit theatre, PTC can count on ticket sales to cover only about one third of the cost of our programs.  We rely on individuals like you who care about the quality of the arts in our region to make possible PTC’s artistic and outreach programs. Artists Circle members are vital to PTC’s growth and future, providing not only support, but also a community of shared values and interests.  Artists Circle members participate more deeply in the life of the organization.

  • Listing in Playwise Performance Program
  • Invitation for 2 to attend See and Be Scene, an evening of scenes from plays and musicals under consideration for PTC’s next season. Attendees are invited to offer their responses to the selected plays during an intimate discussion with Producing Artistic Director Paige Price about the process of selecting a season for PTC.
  • Invitation for two to attend The Creative Studio, a discussion-based event where the team from our opening production will step out of rehearsals to take you through the ways creative teams work together toward a single vision, using an exhibit of designs from early renderings to reality
  • Invitation for two to attend an exclusive cocktail party on the stage of the Suzanne Roberts Theatre for the Season Announcement.  Be the first to know the lineup of productions for PTC’s upcoming season.

  • Backstage tour and meet and greet with cast and crew during the production of your choice.

$5,000+

  • Invitation for two to participate in the exclusive theatrical tradition of The First Rehearsal, where you will meet the cast and creative teams, listen in on the first read or sing through, and hear insider information about the production from the very beginning
  • Special underwriting recognition as a Spotlight Sponsor for one performance. Includes two complimentary tickets to that performance.**
  • Invitation for two to attend Opening Night Cast Parties.  Includes two complimentary tickets to the Opening Night performance+

Producers Circle

$10,000+ Producer

  • Become an Honorary Producer of a production, receive name recognition on all marketing materials and six complimentary tickets to use throughout the run of the production.  Includes backstage tours, special access to artists, autographed materials, and a photograph on the set with actors.

$25,000+ Executive Producer

  • Become an Honorary Executive Producer of a production, receive primary name recognition on all marketing materials and ten complimentary tickets for that production.  Includes backstage tours, special access to artists, autographed materials, and a photograph on the set with actors.
  • Invitation for two to a private dinner with the production’s cast and PTC Leadership team.
  • 10 tickets for one Preview performance of your sponsored production donated in your honor to a charity of your choice.

All levels include benefits from previous levels.

*Benefit is access to purchase Theatre Trips. Trip activities are to be determined and will be priced accordingly (ie tickets, hotels).  Some experiences will be complimentary.
