School Programming

PTC’s school-based programs invite students and teachers to engage with the power of storytelling through plays, musicals, and live performance. Whether delivered as in-school workshops or after-school residencies, these dynamic experiences are designed to foster creativity, spark dialogue, and inspire collaboration. Programs can complement existing curricula or stand alone as an exciting introduction to theater, making the arts accessible, relevant, and fun.

PTC’s current program offerings include:
  • Backstage tours of the Suzanne Roberts Theatre

  • Rehearsal-room observations

  • In-school workshops

  • Pre- and post-show workshops facilitated by PTC Education staff and teaching artists

  • Student matinee performances followed by a talkback/Q&A with the cast and creative team

  • Professional development opportunities for educators, including workshops and curriculum development consultation

  • Flexible residency offerings
