Join us for the next Childcare Matinee program
As an extension of our Accessibility programming, PTC is proud to collaborate with Philly Children’s Theatre to offer Free Childcare Matinees to select Mainstage performances. Our Childcare Matinee Program allows parents to drop their children off in our upstairs classroom space while they take in a PTC matinee. Children are given a fun theater workshop geared around wellness and empathy, covering acting, music, creative dance, as well as yoga and an art project! Our program is tailored for ages 5-11 and is free of charge for children of PTC patrons attending the matinee.

Adults can purchase tickets at the link below. Remember to register your child at the reservation link you will receive in your email confirmation after purchasing tickets.
Please note, space will be limited to 25 children. You may check in with Audience Services to verify availability before purchasing tickets by calling 215-985-0420 or by emailing audienceservices@philatheatreco.org

None whatsoever! PTC welcomes children to come as they are and enjoy what we have planned for their short time with us.
If your child has diverse needs that may affect how they participate in the workshop, please email education@philatheatreco.org with additional information so we can be fully prepared with a support plan.
In the event that your child has an emergency during the show, PTC staff will work together with Philly Children’s Theatre to locate where you are seated and let you know what is needed.
