You can purchase a ticket securely online at any time via our website, and with our Virtual Box Office either by phone (215-985-0420) or email at [email protected].
Our Virtual Box Office is open 12pm-6pm Monday-Friday. If you leave us a voicemail outside of those hours, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that at this time our physical box office at the Suzanne Roberts Theater is NOT open for in-person ticket sales, but we are looking forward to the day we will be!
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We can also accept personal checks by mail, but please allow 2 weeks processing time. At this time we’re unable to accept cash.
Single ticket purchases have a $1 minimum cost. Above that, the choice is completely up to you! (We love being flexible, but always appreciate it if you can help us support our artists.) If you are thinking about renewing or purchasing a new subscription, please see our subscription section below for further details.
For this season only, there are no additional fees for single ticket purchases or subscriptions, whether via phone, email, or our website. Enjoy!

This season, instead of rushing to the theatre for curtain time, we’re giving you the flexibility of a viewing window. This means for the duration that a performance is available online, you may purchase tickets and view the performance at your own leisure, whether that means at a traditional time in the evening or with your morning coffee. Viewing windows will vary on a show by show basis, but information will be posted on our website and emailed to you.
No reproductions of the event or images are permitted in our virtual theatre.
In order to create a secure viewing experience for you this season, a specific login for you or your household must be created. Once you create an account for your personalized viewing, experiencing the rest of the season will be a breeze!
You have 48 hours to view the play from the time of purchase. If you miss your viewing window please contact our Virtual Box Office by phone (215-985-0420) or email at [email protected]. Our hours are 12pm-6pm Monday-Friday.

After purchasing a ticket (or redeeming your Subscriber Promo Code), you have 48 hours to view the performance by logging in to our website, with the same account that you used to purchase the ticket. When the transaction is complete, click “My Account” (above and to the left on your confirmation page), and you should see the Digital Content section, containing the video which you have just purchased. To return at a later time, just sign in with the same account, and click “My Account” again.
Productions will only be available during the scheduled dates, but you can always buy multiple tickets within those dates, and each of your purchased tickets will have its own 48-hour viewing window.
To activate your 48-hour viewing window, you need to “purchase” a new ticket. This new ticket is free, when you use the promotional code which was emailed to you. Follow the instructions in our “How To Watch the Virtual Season” video here.
After you have purchased a ticket, you need to visit the My Account page to view the digital content. If you are prompted to login, make sure to use the same account that you used for the purchase. You can check your emailed receipt to confirm the email address and account associated with your purchase.
If you were a subscriber for the 2019-20 Season, you’ve been automatically renewed at no financial obligation. Even if you’re a new subscriber purchasing a PTC subscription for the first time, there is a $100 suggested value, but a $0 minimum.
A ticket donation is tax deductible, whereas the price of a ticket or subscription is not. Either choice will help support our artists that make this work possible.
You do not. You should purchase one subscription per account and multiple people can watch together.
We don’t have plans to produce a PTC show in front of an audience this season, but we’ll stay flexible and this season, we’ll ask you to as well. Once we know more about what the 2021-22 Season holds, we’ll be able to address your seating questions. We love that you love your seats, and we’ll do our best!
We’re thrilled to have you all back as returning subscribers! For personalized viewing security, we recommend each subscriber have their own individual accounts unless you reside in the same household. For those who typically attend under a friend’s subscription, we recommend signing up for a new $0 minimum subscription this season (Click here). Our Virtual Box Office is always happy to help you keep your contact information up to date. You may also log in to your account through our website and update your contact information by selecting “Update Account” from the left menu.
Check in with our Virtual Box Office to confirm your primary email address. If you have multiple email addresses associated with your account, one will have to be designated as the primary contact method for you this season. This primary email address will be your login as well as how we communicate with you regarding season offerings and viewing instructions.
With so many changes this season, what has NOT changed is that we always want to hear about your experience with us. If you have a registered email on account, you’ll receive a survey after viewing.
